Active minutes vanished after syncing

I ran 3 miles today and when I finished my workout, my active minutes read 39. I noticed when it synced later on the minutes read 19. I synced it again and the minutes are now 0. Any clues to what has happened?

Thanks!

It's great to see you around @Nadbarb.

Could you please tell me how did you register your activity? Did you manually log it, selected it directly from the watch or used SmartTrack? Also, it would be awesome if you can provide some screenshots of this.

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

I selected my activity on my watch. I ran 3 miles yesterday for around 40 minutes. My watch and the app only showed 19 minutes so I sinked it again and the activity went to zero.
Screen shots coming shortly.

This exact thing happened to me this morning.  Love had the Versa for 2 weeks. I log food on MFP and Versa shares data with MFP and Runkeeper. Hope this doesn't keep happening!

I contacted customer support and they forwarded  the information to the tech people.  My 40 minutes showed up  on the next day's activity.    I was suppose to get an email from my Fitbit to let know what happened but I haven't as of this time.

This happened to me today as well. I just connected MyFitnessPal this morning so I’m thinking that’s what caused the issue as I didn’t have any problems with my active minutes being captured (and not disappearing!) yesterday. I disconnected MFP and will see if that solves the issue. Too bad bc I much prefer MFP for logging food since it has better all-day nutrient level stats.

Update - I disconnected Fitbit from MyFitnessPal from the MFP app and that seems to have solved the problem of retaining my active minutes in Fitbit.
