So I keep loosing my active minutes when I sync to my phone! Today I went for a walk and I checked my Fitbit and I’d done 78 active minutes woo but when I sync to my phone it went to 33 which it what it was before I left for a walk. This isn’t the first time, I’ve restarted it but still nothing 😞

Hi, what do you mean by restarting? Your Phone or your watch? Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and then release the buttons. Sometimes you have to do this more than once to solve the problem. Good luck!

My Versa always shows 0 active minutes even though I get over 5000 steps and over 2 miles.

Hi, you did not say that you rebooted your Versa? So, I'm not able to help you any further.

Just to clarify, in keeping with Fitbit terminology, Fitbit does call that a restart, not a reboot.

Hi Jhonny, what's in a name reboot or restart. Both are the same IMO. Scrolling through a lot of posted messages in this board, the most used word is "reboot", for what it;s worth.

The one that solves most problems is a restart Not a reboot
