My active minutes are not registering on my new Versa Lite. Any help would be appreciated

I understand that your must raise your heart rate significantly for a full 10 minutes before you start accumulating your active minutes.

I also understand that in the near future Fitbit is changing the software so that our active minutes will immediately begin to accumulate.
