When I wake up, i don’t have active zone minutes and my heart rate is for example 73 around 1 o’clock. When i go to school with my bike, i earn zone minutes. Suddenly, I have a lot of zone minutes and when I check the graphic in zone minutes, i suddenly have zone minutes when I was sleeping. My heart rate (in zone minutes graphic) is suddenly 123 around 1 o’clock.
when I check my heart rate graphic (not in zone minutes but heart rate), the bmp seems right (73 around 1 o’clock).
I already removed all the zone minutes, reset my Versa 3,…
