Active minutes on dashboard not matching active zone minutes on fitbit make the Fitbit active info absolutely useless. My employer syncs with the dashboard and I have a goal of 45 minutes to reach daily. When my watch says 47 but the dashboard, which I can't see on the treadmill, says 38 that's a problem! At least give the option of which to view on the watch!

I'm not sure if this will help, but I think there are some third-party clock faces that still track 'Active Minutes' as opposed to the newer 'Active Zone Minutes'.  This would be just on the main clock face, not on a display in the Exercise App.  One free one in particular that I like is "About Time" by CA.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
