Activity Tracked on Versa not Appearing on in Phone App

Hello,

 

Yesterday, I walked for 50 minutes which was tracked on my Versa, but the app on my phone shows 0 activity minutes.  I also walked 250 steps each hour, but it only shows 8 out of 9.

 

Today, I had 20 minutes on the ellliptical, and 50 minutes of weights, and it is only showing 17 minutes of activity.

 

By the way, I just checked on the Fitbit site, and it is showing all of this activity.

 

I have downloaded the latest update from Fitbit, stopped and restarted my phone, and stopped and restarted the Versa itself, and it still won't update correctly.

 

What is happening?  I love my Versa, and I am frustrated that this is happening.  Any ideas of what I can do?

I too am having this error where the data showing on my watch will not sync to the App.
