Activity and exercise minutes don’t match

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So, my Fitbit is telling me I got 170mins of activity today, but my exercise shows 60mins. Therefore my calorie count is way off.. no way I burnt 3500 calories!

Is there a way I can delete the activity mins when they are not saved under my exercises?

Thanks 🙂

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Walkwalks. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am glad to assist you with your inquiry about deleting the incorrectly tracked active minutes. I appreciate your efforts to resolve the issue. There is no option to delete only the active minutes, however you can log a non-step-based activity such as driving to override your stats for the specific period of time including steps, floors, calories burned and active minutes. For more information, please see How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?

As you know, the active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular walking. For more information about how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: What are active minutes?

I'll be around if you need further help!
