Activity reminder has stopped

The reminder, vibrating, that happened 10 min before the hour if I hadn't done 250 steps has stopped working. I didn't change any settings, and it worked last week....

Hi, in your Fitbit app go to the page were also the Clock and Apps tiles are, scroll down to Reminders to move and check if it's still enabled. If not enable it again. Sometimes it happens, without any known reason, that it's disabled by itself.

that was the first thing I checked. It didn't go off over the weekend but I
only have it set for weekdays. I did see at least 6 other posts about the
sleep tracker and heartrate monitors not working for 2 days, mine haven't
either. All those 6 posts were today. something is going on....

Hi, you can do two things:

1. Restart your Versa several times in a row by pressing the left and right lower key buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem:

2. On your phone, close the Fitbit app, deinstall it (do not remove or unpair the Versa), restart your phone and reinstall Fitbit again. Good luck!!

Thank you! My heart rate and activity reminders stopped a few days ago and this solved the problem.
