My watch is showing 5,922 steps and it shows the same on the main board but on my challenges it’s only showing 1,735. I’ve already tried resetting it changing wrists, disconnecting it from the Bluetooth and nothing. Has anyone else had this problem?

The most common cause of challenge steps being lower than your dashboard steps is where some of those steps were not directly tracked by the fitbit. For example, steps that came from manually logged activities or from syncing with other apps do not count towards challenges.

A less likely cause is where you are in a different timezone than the challenge creator. The start times being offset can cause confusion.

You may just need to do a sync and then it might show up correct on your challenges.
