Hi Fitbit Team,
When i connect, i didn't receive any notifications on my versa, it may be because of the device is not listed in your list.
Pleasantly i request you to add my Android device vivo v9 to be added as a compatible device in your list immediately.
Its all your fault that you all have not mentioned anywhere on the box nor on the label of the box , nor you all have shared all the details with any of the retailer ,nor to customers , nor to vendors , not at all anywhere, that it will work only on the listed devices only , i agree you all have only mentioned on the online website.
Not be wasted my money and fitbit device, please i request all of ur fitbit team & Fitbit Developer team to please add the Vivo v9 device in your list.

This phone uses a forked version of Android (Funtouch 4). As such, I doubt Fitbit will ever make this a compatible device. There are too many variables and it is an extremely small market. Trying to make it compatible could very well make other phones not compatible.

@AshishRajak Merging your two posts.
ETA: Just out of curiosity, does it sync? When was the last sync - open Fitbit mobile app, tap on the Versa icon and scroll down to the sync section - what's the time stamp there?

Hey guys, greetings from a person with the same accident... Last year I overpaid $100 just because I have not been attentive enough to see that my device is not compatible with an app...as I see on this page, I am not the only one with such problems. Puf it annoys me so much, but I understand the development costs and that certain niches are just not profitable...looks like one should buy just big known brands in order not to have such problems. Just think about the case of Clubhouse....anyway, have you looked through refund policy?
