When will the fitbit versa pay be fixed to accept Scotia bank? This is the main reason I bought the watch! Very frustrating to say the least. Other watches are very on top of this. Get it together or you will lose many customers

New banks are being added all the time. You could also lobby your bank as the banks play a big part in the decision to come on board!

Sorry @NellyG, but lobby to who? The bank teller/cashier (the bottom of the food chain). Fitbit needs to work on this if they want to gain customers to use their watch.

Customer service at your bank. I email my bank regularly about my credit card being added.

Did it work? Fitbit only has two for Canada and they haven't add any, it's almost a year.

Really? I find this very hard to believe. It's still just 2 after about a year. Do your job and add more banks or lose customers by the second

Lobbying is a ridiculous idea. That's YOUR job. Don't tell customers to do the footwork for you!

I too also was sold on the 'wallet' function of the Versa, just bought mine. And was incredibly disappointed to hear that there are only 3 Canadian banks (and two that are not very mainstream). I too would like to add my Scotiabank VISA card. I gather points on it and use it for every purchase I make. I vote for adding Scotiabank!! But as another member/user said, all the major Canadian banks should be added. You should at least tell your retailers to highlight this for staff, false advertising when you are told it has a wallet 'tap' function and then get it home to find out it DOES NOT!!!

@Blondiejem @Julie0355 Unfortunately, this is a two-way street. I am also afraid @NellyG cannot do any footwork as she does not work for Fitbit. I would love to have BMO and Amex Canada added to Fitbit Pay, that's why I do contact them about it regularly. It is also a good idea to keep an eye on the Fitbit Pay supported institutions list. The URL is listed on Versa box.
