When do you estimate the software will be updated that I can have both my Versa and Charge 3 on my account? Need some estimate, not some get general answer.

This is very disappointing since I was able to do it in the past with your other devices. I don’t want to move to Iwatch but unfortunately this may be the end.

There is no answer to your question. It is not even sure they will ever be able to be on the same account. I agree I would LOVE them to work together, but I would guess (and it is only a guess) that it wont be any time soon. Fitbit wont tell if when or if, so you will not get any answers Im afraid.w

I received Charge 3 as a present and now I find out like you I can't have my Versa and Charge 3 on my account. I am highly disappointed. The company really should advise consumers this cannot be done as many of us like to change our styles just like we use to do when we were wearing watches. I am very upset to say the least.

Agree. Extremely poor and no update from them directly.

I have just bought charge 3s for my sister and myself as we love our Versas but wanted a quick solution to change between our daily wear and the pool. No where were we warned that the Versa and charge 3 were incompatible on the app. This is despicable as neither are what you would call a cheap option. I now have 2 expensive dust gatherers After having numerous Fitbit trackers and recommending them to everyone, I will be looking into other trackers in the future as it appears customer satisfaction is very low on fitbit’s agenda. I notice they’re official solution to another query on the subject was to make sure you didn’t have the 2 trackers on the same account big help.

I agree with your post. This is not the same Fitbit Corp. as when they originally started out.  I  can't seem to understand why they do not inform their Versa customers of this issue on the package of the new Charge 3.  I am still hoping they figure this issue out and soon!

Still no solution for this ? I never would've bought a Versa if I'd known I couldn't have my Charge 3 on app also 😕

They are not letting everyone know this and appears to be ignoring our
concerns and the money we and/or others are spending giving gifts that are
not going to work.. very disappointed too

First thought,  this thread is portrayed in the community forum,  and thus your fellow Fitbit users will most likely be the recipient of these posts.

Yes the are a few moderators that may stumble across the thread but they know as much about this as we're do.

On the tracker compare page their use to be a message that only one tracker with Fitbit OS may be connected to an account and the older trackers may have multiple models. Since AOL the current models have Fitbit OS I see the note has been removed.

If you are interested in letting Fitbit be aware of your thoughts then let's add or vote to the feature suggestion

Allow Ionic, Versa & Charge 3 on the same account

The only reason we where able to cover connect multiple trackers is because of this request.

Two of the same model tracker

Sorry to be so abrupt but to get mad at anybody, who had no knowledge of the situation, that might see your posts is fruitless.

The community hardware help board is here for community members to help each other. The feature suggestion board is our best way to communicate or this to the Fitbit team and where your vote and constructive post can make a difference. A destructive post could set things backwards.
