I just bought this particular Fitbit because I'm supposed to be able to put (store) music on my Versa 2.  I don't see anywhere that I can do this on my windows 10 laptop as it says.  I've tried through Fitbit, through Spotify and my Samsung cell phone.  What's the secret???   I'm frustrated and about to return it.

@Gd2bAlive   Transferring personal music to your Versa 2 takes a little effort.  Please read and re-read this Help article:How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?   I did it using my Mac and don't have any experience using a PC.

 

Also, the Spotify app is a Connect and Control app.  You can't transfer Spotify playlists.  You control what is playing on your phone.
