I bought this watch for jogging. I like to listen music when jogging. However, fitbit force me to use Deezer, which is a very unfriendly app made by a french company. Why spotify? apple music? It's a pain of **ahem** to transfer my playlist to this XXXXXX app. after few days, it start taking charge. What should I do, switch off spotify and trun to Deezer? No way. So fitbit, you should think about you customers, most of us are using spotify or apple misic, why choose this strange Deezer? forthermore, to transfer few song take hours, what is going on here? If you are not ready to put a mature product in the market, please wait a bit. Very Very regret to buy this one. Garmin do everything much better. And also, check your app store or watch face, almost no one take care of that place and almost no new stuff.

I know that Fitbit and Spotify are both thinking about it, as stated here and here. As far as I know, Tizen OS is the only smartwatch platform with Spotify onboard. The reason that Fitbit syncing playlists is so much slower than Garmin is because they use a WiFi connection while Garmin uses a USB connection, as cited here. Fitbit is also continually updating its app and watch face platform. If they weren't, why would there be OS updates and why would they make an app for Uber and a clock face for the World Cup? People wanted a photographic clock face, they made it. I know that Fitbit is paying attention to people's requests and is updating their platform. Side Note: 3rd party developers make most of the apps and clock faces.
