Adding Wageworks commuter/transit card to Fitbit wallet Versa 2

Hi, I live in NYC and I'm trying to add my commuter/transit card to my Fitbit wallet so I can use it to pay for my subway rides. However, every time I try get a message that says the card is not eligible. It's a VISA card. Anyone else experiencing this? I get my commuter/transit card from Wageworks.

Hi @AndyNYC - Fitbit made it possible for banks to add their cards to the Fitbit Wallet. But from there, it is up to the bank to make the final connection. I suggest you contact Wageworks and let them know you would like to connect their card to your Wallet.
