I swim daily with my Versa tracker. Only a couple of time has it rebooted while swimming. So recently I have been rebooting my tracker almost daily. Is this bad or good? Since I have been doing this my tracker has not rebooted while swimming.
I have heard rebooting is good maintenance, if this is true how often?

I do a Versa factory reset & reinstall FitBit app 1st every month. I have found it 'helps' with preventing down time through operating failures be that either hardware or software related.

@JRW I agree with @GrubbyDuck . Restarting your device does no damage. It is like restarting your computer or phone. I restart my laptop and tablet daily, my phone less often (mostly because I forget - probably once a week) and my Versa about once a week, but daily is fine if that works for you. I cant be bothered doing factory resets regularly though! Too much setting up to do again 🤣
