Aerobic Workout stats in app

Right I’ll ask again as for some reason a moderator has changed my last subject title to something I’m not even asking! 

When done an aerobic workout with Fitbit Versa and synced with app instead of showing calories burned, time and average heart rate it’s showing pace and distance. This is clearly wrong as with charge 2 and Alta and any other one I’ve used it’s shows how it should. Is anyone else having this issue. I have contacted Fitbit via live chat but they weren’t much help.

Yes I too am having this same issue and have looked high and low for some info on it or a way to correct it, but have found no help. I find it extremely disappointing and frustrating to not be getting the correct info from a workout. Hope to get a resolution soon. Anyone?!

Same issue. There was no issue with Fitbit Blaze.

I have not received a result with this issue and it’s becoming a bit frustrating. 😡
