Got a replacement fitibit in July and all of a sudden it no longer works.  the battery is charged but the face is black I've tried adding a new devince, I get the code, enter it, but i can"t sync it to my Wifi.  So frustrated and fitbit didn't start my warranty on the new one, byt left it on the old one.  So I've gotten 2 defective ones. any suggestions?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

It won’t do anything. There aren’t even any lights flickering on the back.

Here's the answer I've given to someone else, I think it will still apply.

Your problem could be one of the following:

1. It could be a software issue. You may be able to get around this by doing a soft reset (by holding down the left button for 8 or 9 seconds)

2. The screen uses a tiny tube lightbulb in back of the LCD, this may have burned out. The only fix in this case is to get someone who replaces phone screens (and is willing to fix Fitbit watches) to replace the whole screen.

3. The last problem would be the ribbon cable that connects the screen to the Fitbit Mainboard came undone/loose. The fix for this is get person from solution 2 (refer to above) if they are willing and get them to reconnect said cable.

I really hope you figure it out dude. Good luck.

Your answers are most likely correct. Hopefully it’s not to pricey.
