The new OS update finally allow us to log water right from the versa watch.. but realised despite many times of syncing with the phone app, it didn't update the water volume to the app. Is this a bug? Please advise if there is any solution or workaround.. TIA!

It does seem to be a bug. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit have promised to provide updates:
