Hi Fitbit community!
I accidentally reset my Versa watch, and I reconnected my watch to the Fitbit app, and the watch still acts like I haven't set it up yet.
Any solutions? Thanks!

If you have done a factory reset then you should do the following:
1. Unpair the unit from the app.
2. Go to the phone's bluetooth list and unpair the unit from the phone.
3. Start the app again and link the unit to your account just like you did when you purchased the unit.

Hello again, I unpaired and repaired my devices, and it was working when I began setting up my Versa again. But, when I get to the screen to set up Wi-Fi, I logged in the right Wi-Fi to my house, and it doesn't connect to my Versa. Thanks for your help!
