I just bought a Versa an as soon as I take it off the charger it will not work I have tried to reset it an hold the buttons an nothing is working.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. The restart process is listed in this article. However, you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After trying these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
