Just updated my device a few minutes ago. All my active zone minutes show as zero. When I go into the exercises I've done today and in the last week the graph shows me that i've been in different zones. But every thing is recorded as below zones. This issue has been reported by others for at least a week. Was hoping this update would address any issues and not create new ones. I've logged in/out of the app; uninstalled/installed the app; unpaired/paired my phone; restarted my phone...still the same problem.

@ToniEss I had the same experience when I updated my firmware. That weird glitch only affected exercise for one day, but mine has been working fine ever since.
Please get back in touch if the problem persists.

Ok..problem doesn't exist today. Safe to assume that this glitch is only for the day you update your firmware. If you are having this issue, the next time you workout, after the day you updated the firmware, all should look OK.

As @LZeeW has stated, many have reported the lack of zone information in the exercise records for the first day. I didn't have the issue, hitting the treadmill within minutes of installing the update, but many have.
Are you aware that the Heart Rate Zone calculations changed, in addition to "Active Minutes" being replaced with "Active Zone Minutes"?
FitBit has apparently rethought its definition of "activity".
For instance, you take a 30 minute walk without getting your heart rate up to at least Fat Burn.
As far as the new zone definitions, here is a chart outlining the changes as they affected me:
Traditional being the zones prior to the firmware update and Heart Rate Reserve being after the update. I have an additional 23 bpm considered "below zone".
Good luck and welcome to the boards.

Hello @SAshley and welcome to the Help forums. The OP of this thread experienced the following issue. After an exercise, the details looked like my example:
Bar graph says whole workout is below zone
The heart rate graph shows activity for zone minutes, but the bar graphs say that the whole workout was below zone. This is the issue that lasted one day for me.
Other users are saying that they aren't getting zone minutes. The reason they aren't getting zone minutes is that the heart rate thresholds changed. @MrMarv gave an example of his new zones. If you tap on your zone minute icon, you will see your new zones.
Can you clarify your ongoing issue? Can you post a screenshot?
