After Swimming fitbit is dead and not turning on

Hi,  I am using Fitbit Versa from last 8 months, on last weekend i went for Swimming, the watch was working fine, but at night due to battery drained it got switched off and after that its not turning on, I charged it almost more than 12 hrs still screen is just black and not showing anything. Can anyone please help!

I am having the same issue it was working fine two days after the swimming then the battery drained and I charged it the screen went blank and I tried to do a factory reset and now it won’t turn on.

I didn’t wear mine swimming or anything. I had it on when I had a water balloon fight and now it doesn’t give me my heat rate or logging my sleep. I noticed that my green light on the black stopped coming on. Also, my single button isn’t working either. Did you have an issue with this after you went swimming with it.
