My versa screen is no longer switching on and the sensor red light is on. I had a swim as usual and I realized after a while when checking time my watch is not going on..I thought maybe it flat but when we got home and I took it off I realised the red sensor light and I put it on the charger and the screen didnt light up as usual. Please advise..where to take it or what could be the problem..my versa is less than 3months old...

Sounds like a waterproofing failure. I know this link goes to the surge, but similar issues:

Thank you for replying..so heart broken as I only upgraded to the versa for the cool features and more over the ability to swim with it..i will try see how support helps me.
