I added the suggested clock face for sp02 and two days later my Versa 2 no longer works. I have only had it for a year this month. I sent an email to fitbit customer service but have yet to hear back. Not a happy customer.

I have the exact same problem. Once I chose the new clock face I can no longer sync my Fitbit. What was the solution for your issue? Thanks
