I was using my Versa 3 while swiming and after I switched off swiming exercise mode Versa 3 stopped working. After reset it requests download of app which I already have on my phone. Also after I try to connect it phone doesn't recognise Versa 3 it asks me if I want to connect new advice. I cannot start chat help app report error.

Hi @Mayazule - after a factory reset it's like a new watch and has to be installed via "+ Set up a Device" in the app which will do the pairing as part of the process, you can't manually pair it.
When you charge it make sure it does not get hot. If so stop immediately as it may have water damage.
