After factory resetting my Versa Lite, I get a message that says Data Not Cleared.

After factory resetting my Versa Lite, I get this message. I've tried pairing it to the app, but it won't update, and it just gets stuck at 1%. I'm trying to reset this watch so that I can give it to my sister, but I can't reset it.

@Chrononical Perhaps you could try this:

 

  1. Open your phone bluetooth settings and remove Versa from the paired devices list
  2. Restart your phone and Versa
  3. Place Versa in the charging dock and try setting up again.
