Hi there, since received my Versa 3 my phone no longer rings so I have done something silly when I upgraded. Can anyone help me please?

Could you please explain, what does not ring at your phone? Calls, messages, sounds, etc?
Have you verified that the phone and the watch are not on don't disturb or silence mode?
On your Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture and then on the Versa 3 and remove it from the account.
Restart your phone. (off/on)
Verify if it rings.
If so try to setup the Versa 3 again from the Fitbit app.

I’m having the same issues and tried what you suggested above. My phone rings fine w/o the Fitbit but stopped again when I set it up.
