After latest update Versa doesn't receive notifications

Just after the most recent update my versa does not receive notifications anymore. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7. Before the update I received notifications without any issue. Now I don't. I've restarted the device, I've restarted my phone; still problem persists.

Is anyone else having this issue? Any idea on how to fix it? I think its an app update issue as it all started after the latest update and no settings have changed on my phone.

I have iPhone X and have been having syncing issues too. I have done all the reboots and they work inconsistently. It’s very frustrating when the texts don’t not show up on the device and the information in the device isn’t being captured in the app.
