My Versa is two weeks old- I initiated the update which took days and has left me with a green screen on the watch face that won’t go away. Any suggestions?

I would like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen is green after updating the firmware. I'd like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved. Also, let me know if the firmware update got completed.
In the meantime, restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, check out if the green screen gets fixed.
