Age-oriented advertising

I am disappointed in Fitbit's advertising campaigns that feature only young, good-looking active adults.  There are plenty of active seniors (myself included) who wear the latest product (Versa), value its use, yet are nowhere to be seen in Fitbit's advertising.  I would think sales would increase if advertising of all kinds featured the spectrum of its users.  Why not show overweight people diligently using their Fitbits to improve their lives?  Why not show seniors using their Fitbits while on their long walks, bike rides, or in their Silver Sneakers classes?  Has Fitbit fallen into the advertising trap that the only way to increase sales and market a product is by featuring only young, active, and good-looking people?  The people I see wearing Fitbits go way beyond this group and it would be nice to see marketing reflect this.
