I cannot control  the volume of my AirPods with my brand new Fitbit Versa and I’ve researched solutions and have yet to find one that actually works. Can I please get a solution that actually works???

I would really like to know how to fix this problem because $200 was spent on both products and I don’t want them to be wasteful for each other.

Did you ever find an answer?  I am about to return mine due to this REDICULOUS PROBLEM!  

 

How could a simple thing like volume control not work....  But then again they can't even release firmware in a sensible way.  I was hoping that the updated firmware would make the versa function equivalent to a $29 MP3 player but even after contacting support them telling me I would be able to update in 24-48 hours a week later I still can't update.

 

I really regret buying this as there seems to be no support for it!
