Recently my set alarms are going off 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. I’ve removed them and reset but no change. How can I fix this?

Could you have accidentally enabled "smart wake"? Fitbit say:

"When enabled, Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. It avoids waking you during deep sleep so you're more likely to wake up feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time."

Agreed, this maybe the reason. On your device, in the alarms app try unchecking the smart wake option once you set an alarm.
