Does anyone know how to fix the alarms to stop turning on by itself I’ve tried restarting and resyncing and wiping my Fitbit nothing works

Hi @Lukejones, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the alarms turn on by themselves. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset in order to fix this issue. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your Versa before this in order to avoid losing current data.
After this, monitor the functionality of the alarms and see if the issue gets fixed.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
