I do understand that Alexa is not available in South Africa for fitbit Versa 3.

What I do not understand is that I can use other Amizon devices with Aleksa with no problem. I can see my fitbit as one of my devices but can't activate it.

If I go on my gitbit mobile app and tap on my watch it opens 5 compartments and not 6.

Can you help please
