I have the new Versa 2 which is great except I have to keep logging in to Amazon daily on the Fitbit app to use the Alexa capability. I use the smart button held in to access the Alexa capability but every day it prompts me to set it up on the app. This works but it drops again at random times. I have tried just syncing again but this didn’t work. Can anyone help? Thanks

Ditto. It drops 3 or 4 times a day, but could he more - essentially whenever I go go use it it says
"Setup Alexa. Complete setup in Fitbit mobile app and sync device"
Have either of you had any improvements?

Mine is doing the same thing. Many troubles with this watch

Improvement as yet. I did just open the fitbit app this morning and after a sync (automatic), the alexa app was working. This seems to be a small change but will see how this goes. I don't think I should have to do this everytime I need to use the alexa capability.

Is there any update to this please mine also logs me out daily, even though I tick keep me logged in to Alexa and keep updating Fitbit. Looks like it’s an ongoing issue, for so many to report it. Hopefully there will be a reply soon.

Ok, so the last update a couple of weeks ago seems to have delivered much improvement. I’ve not had to connect daily since the update. Logged in once and it has held. Fingers crossed that this has solved the issue. How’s everyone else? Check for updates if you haven’t done so in a while.

I can't even connect again easily. I got it working by uninstalling fitbit app and setting up the watch from scratch yesterday and now it says I need to set it up again.

Now Almost December and still doing it. I have to log out and back in on the fit bit app and restart my fitbit almost daily. I purchased the versa 2 for the alexa integration and am really un happy!

Have had my Versa 2 for about 8 months and it started making me sign into Alexa every day, sometimes multiple times a day starting a few days ago, PITA

I have only had my Versa 2 for a couple of months and the Alexa has been working until the last week.

It seems to happen on mine after every time I put the Fitbit on the charger for any length of time, or every time I restart my phone. Both affect it and it's super effing annoying.
