Alexa access drops daily on Versa 2

I have the new Versa 2 which is great except I have to keep logging in to Amazon daily on the Fitbit app to use the Alexa capability. I use the smart button held in to access the Alexa capability but every day it prompts me to set it up on the app. This works but it drops again at random times. I have tried just syncing again but this didn’t work. Can anyone help? Thanks

Still having the same issue even after a full reset on the application and watch (with no success).  Has anyone having success in getting this resolved?

I had the same problem and I'm very disappointed I was testing to see if I could use this rather than my Samsung Galaxy sport watch because I prefer Alexa but in the past four weeks I have had nothing but trouble with Alexa I can't get it to respond I can't get it to alert me I can't get it to do nothing so I guess I will just be using this route a wake-up alarm which is quite disappointing and I will have to use my Samsung Gear sport for everyday routines if they ever fix it I might consider it again but right now I'm just going to put it on the charger
