Alexa app not showing on the watch

Hello,

I'm having issues with Alexa. It was working fine previously. However, I just came back from a trip to Israel. While I was there, the Alexa app was just gone from my apps, and I was requested to pick a new shortcut. I know Alexa isn't enabled in certain countries, but when I came back to the US I expected it to work. However, I have synced it multiple times, but Alexa is not popping up anywhere. I have checked my apps on the watch, shortcuts, apps on the Fitbit app, and the Fitbit app store. Everything else is working fine. Any help would be appreciated.

 

EDIT: I tried a shutdown and a factory reset and still nothing

Thanks for the troubleshooting tried and the details mentioned. I appreciate that you mentioned you performed a factory reset. 

 

As you mentioned Alexa is only available for some countries, check it out in this article. I would like you to confirm that you have tried this procedure to set up Alexa to your Versa 2.
