Alexa app on my Versa 2 doesn't understand what I'm saying

Alexa cannot understand what i say and is asking everytime to say again. I have tried installing the app again, set the device up again, but still the issue persists.

Have you recently switched to the Google Assisting while using Alexa? Note that you can have only 1 active voice assistant at a time. To switch to a different voice assistant, first disconnect your active voice assistant. For more information, see How do I disconnect my voice assistant?

If the issue persists, see What should I do if my voice assistant doesn't work on my Fitbit smartwatch?

Hi, this is to let you know that i own versa 2 and there is no optionto switch to google assistant. Alexa is already creating so much problem for me.prompts to complete setup everyday!  Suggest pls. Have already tried troubleshooting.
