Just got my versa 2 to replace my blaze and I've set up Alexa however when I press the button and ask a question it comes up in the screen saying thinking then changes to ask again, sorry didn't get your request, can anyone help??, Thanks

Have you recently switched to the Google Assisting while using Alexa? Note that you can have only 1 active voice assistant at a time. To switch to a different voice assistant, first disconnect your active voice assistant. For more information, see How do I disconnect my voice assistant?
If the issue persists, see What should I do if my voice assistant doesn't work on my Fitbit smartwatch?
