My Versa 2 was working with the Alexa voice commands until two weeks ago! Now when I ask to set an alarm or timer, I get responses like, "That is interesting that you know so much about the Tokyo Olympics"!! I've restarted it to no avail. I highly appreciate any help! Thanks 🙂

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
Have you recently switched to the Google Assisting while using Alexa? Note that you can have only 1 active voice assistant at a time. To switch to a different voice assistant, first disconnect your active voice assistant. For more information, see How do I disconnect my voice assistant?
If the issue persists, see What should I do if my voice assistant doesn't work on my Fitbit smartwatch?
Hope that helps.

Hi,
When I click my profile picture and it pulls up my profile, I do not see voice assist as an option to select. Can you help me to find out where it is in my app because I'm not seeing it?
Thanks!

@SunsetRunner Please see How do I set up voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?
Hope that does the trick.

When I follow the instructions I only see the Alexa set up. It's the only one I've known to use in the app. It doesn't say "Voice Assistant", it just says Amazon Alexa. I even checked in my Google Assistant on my phone to see what devices are paired and my Versa 2 is not.
