Alexa can set reminders, but wont actually remind the watch

My versas alexa works just fine. But when i set timers and reminders, it wont notify the watch when they go off or remind me.

Hi @NoahCaesar  -  this is probably because your watch is not connecting well with the phone - it is possible to set the timers and reminders on the watch [if it is connecting ok] that way they are local to the watch and aren't missed if your watch doesn't connect to the phone.

You can check how well your watch is connecting and syncing by using the SimpleCheckUp app. This will tell you when you last synced and if its connecting to the Fitbit App, directly on the watch.

If it's not connecting when an alarm notification is due then have a look at Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

Some phones don't even raise a notification when an alarm goes off, so also check that the your phone shows a notification alert. If it doesn't no notification will be sent to the watch.
