Hi. I've had my versa 3 for many months and Alexa has worked just fine. Recently it stated logging me out of my Alexa account every so often and today the Alexa disappeared from the app and I now get a notification that it's not supported in my location, which is odd because I live in the United States. Any suggestions?

@Archienglish Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.
Have you checked if your location hasn't been changed accidentally to a country where Alexa is not supported? Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant are only available in certain languages and countries at this time. For more information, see fitbit.com/voice.
For troubleshooting steps, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?
Note that you can have only 1 active voice assistant at a time. To switch to a different voice assistant, first disconnect your active voice assistant. For more information, see How do I disconnect my voice assistant?
I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.

Thank you for the quick response. My settings have not changed. For some reason Alexa reappeared as an option in the fitbit app and it was available on my watch again today.
Strangely what continues to happen (and happened before Alexa disappeared) I keep being logged out of my amazon credentials on the app. I will stay logged in for a few hours and then when I go to set a timer or what not it says I need to finish the setup process in the app. i go to the app and I'm logged out of Alexa. not sure why this is happening. Never had an issue with it before and nothing has changed settings wise.
