Hey guys,
I've been using my versa 2 for a couple months but I've only been finding a problem with the alexa in the past week or so where it seems to forget when I set a timer, reminder, or an alarm in which the period exceeds about an hour from the time I request it. I confirm after setting it that it is there, counting down. However after a while, the timer/alarm/reminder is no longer there. Has anyone experienced this issue? Timers and such within a short duration seems to work fine.
I have the newest firmware, and all-day sync on. I've tried restarting the watch, and uninstalling/reinstalling the alexa app, and logged off and relogged in to my amazon/alexa account. Any help is appreciated!
