Alexa has to be synced several times a day-Versa 2

I seen the other thread about Alexa needing to be synced daily and tried doing all it said to do, didn't help. Mine wont stay synced more than 2 or 3 hours, it just started a couple weeks ago and worked perfect til then

didn't help. still have to go into the app and restart Alexa
