Alexa is asking for my district/organization when I try to set a reminder-Versa 2

All of a sudden one day when I tried to set a reminder on my Alexa it says we need your organization first for example my organization is interlocken company to tell us your organization. or it says I'm not sure what your district is. You can say,  for example my district is Douglas county school district or ny university is stony brook university or my district is the interloken company. PLEASE HELP! I just want to set a reminder again please. this is very frustrating. I have a Fitbit versa 2 and a Samsung Galaxy S8. It has been working for a year and then one day I get this mess. Thank you.
