Alexa is gone from my Versa 3 after upgrading my phone

I recently bought a new iPhone (my 7 just wasn't cutting it anymore).  I had to delete and reinstall the app to get all the features to work correctly and had to redo permissions but now Alexa is gone from my Versa 3 smartwatch.  How do I get it back?  I tried going through Alexa on line and on my phone and Versa 3 is not an option.
