Alexa can't run on my  new Versa 2, I am in Egypt. Alexa does not exsist in my Versa 2 apps.

Hi there, @FatmaTarek. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with Alexa. 

 

Please note that Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant are only available in certain languages and countries at this time. For more information, see fitbit.com/voice. That would explain why Alexa is not available for your Versa 2.
