Hi I have been having an issue with regards to control my Alexa devices, tp-link plugs for example for well over two weeks. I keep on getting a can't find smart devices but yet my Alexa and Google Nest work perfectly to control my devices. Since I work in IT, I have tried the usual uninstall, reinstall scenarios with zero joy. Is there something up with using Alexa on the Versa 2 devices? I have seen a few threads about this. It'd be great to get this working again, thanks.

You can mark the ticket as closed/resolved Maria. I have found the workaround. Uninstall/reinstall the Alexa mobile app on my android phone 🤦:male_sign:
Thanks for your help, and have a nice day.

Hi there @pmelia07, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've tried, please perform a factory reset on your watch by following these steps:
If you're not able to access to the screen:
1.Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
2.When the Fitbit logo disappears:
Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
You'll need to setup the device and update its firmware. To do so, please:
Open the Fitbit app and tap on "Login".
Then the Versa 2 will prompt you to update the firmware.

Hi there Maria, thank you for your reply. I tried the steps above but I still can't communicate with my smart home devices. 🙄
