Alexa isn’t work on my new Versa 2

Hi, every time I ask Alexa a question it asks if I would like to track santa? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

Thanks for the details mentioned. It's pretty weird the message you're receiving. I would like you to confirm you're activating Alexa by doing this procedure. If you're still receiving this message, please provide me with a picture of your Versa 2.
